Welcome to CHAA by Sasha. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. These General terms apply to all visitors and users of our services. Do not continue to use the website if you do not agree to all terms stated on this page.
Products
We strive to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. As each piece is handmade and uses natural materials like freshwater pearls, slight variations in shape, size, and color are expected and celebrated as part of the unique nature of the work.
Orders
Validation of an order is subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Pricing
All prices are shown in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as provided at checkout.
Production & Shipping
Most pieces are made-to-order, with production typically taking 7–10 business days before shipping. We ship from Toronto, Ontario. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. CHAA by Sasha is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to international orders.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Refunds for damaged items will be processed to the original payment method upon inspection.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, photography, and text, is the property of Sasha Chaa and CHAA by Sasha and is protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
CHAA by Sasha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
Jewelry Disclaimer
Sterling silver and freshwater pearls require gentle care. Jewelry should not be worn by young children as small parts may pose a choking hazard. CHAA by Sasha is not responsible for injury resulting from misuse.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
