Shipping & Returns
At CHAA by Sasha, each piece is handcrafted with intention and care. Because our jewelry is made to order, our policies reflect the time and craftsmanship required to create your unique sterling silver and pearl pieces.
Production
Every piece is handmade to order in our Toronto studio. Please allow 7–10 business days for your jewelry to be crafted before it is shipped. During collection launches or holiday seasons, production times may extend. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a tracking number once it heads your way.
Shipping
- Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping is available via Canada Post with tracking. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after production.
- International (USA & Global): We ship worldwide. International orders are subject to customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated delivery varies by location, typically 7–14 business days.
Please note that CHAA by Sasha is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Returns & Exchanges
As each item is made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or there is a craftsmanship error, please contact us at hello@chaabysasha.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.
Resizing
Please ensure you use our Ring Size Guide before ordering. Due to the sculptural nature of our designs, many of our rings cannot be easily resized. If you require a different size after receiving your order, a resizing fee plus shipping costs will apply, provided the design allows for modification.
Care
To protect your sterling silver and freshwater pearls, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Pearls are delicate and should be cleaned only with a soft, damp cloth. For silver elements, use the provided care cloth to gently remove tarnish. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Production
Your piece begins its journey the moment your order is placed. At CHAA by Sasha, we do not carry stock or follow mass-production methods. Every ring, necklace, and earring is handcrafted to order in our Toronto studio by Sasha herself.
Because of this artisanal hands-on process, please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is ready for shipment. This timeframe allows for the meticulous shaping of precious metals and the careful setting of freshwater pearls, ensuring that your jewelry meets our standards of fine craftsmanship and intentional design.
