Materials & Jewelry Care
What materials do you use?
Each CHAA by Sasha piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver and freshwater pearls, unless otherwise noted on the product page. We choose materials that feel timeless, wearable, and suited to everyday ritual.
Are your pearls natural?
Yes. We use genuine freshwater pearls. Each pearl is slightly different in shape and tone — these small variations are part of what makes your piece unique.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store your pieces in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, and use a soft polishing cloth to gently restore shine to the silver.
Will my silver tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time — this is normal and can be polished away. Regular wear and gentle cleaning will help keep your piece bright.
Is your jewelry nickel-free?
Our pieces are made from 925 sterling silver, which does not contain nickel. However, if you have known metal sensitivities, we always recommend consulting with your physician before wearing any new jewelry.
Orders & Production
How long will it take for my order to be made?
Each piece is handcrafted to order in our Toronto studio. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or collection launches, production times may be slightly extended.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Since production begins shortly after an order is received, we can only accept changes within 24 hours of placement. Please email info@chaabysasha.com immediately with your order number if you need to adjust your size or details.
What materials are used in CHAA jewelry?
We work exclusively with high-quality 925 sterling silver and authentic freshwater pearls. Each pearl is selected for its unique character, meaning no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.
Do you offer custom designs or commissions?
We occasionally accept custom commissions depending on our current studio capacity. If you have a specific vision or would like to modify an existing design, please reach out to hello@chaabysasha.com to discuss further.
How do I know my ring size?
